Colombia National Tournament 2026
This year's national arm wrestling tournament will be held in Medellín, a city that hosted the event two years ago. This will be the 3rd time Medellín takes the initiative to host what is now the seventeenth national tournament.
Competition follows the official WAF categories, with separate medals for the right and the left hand in every weight class.
Men's categories
- up to 55 kg, 60 kg, 65 kg, 70 kg, 75 kg
- 80 kg, 85 kg, 90 kg, 100 kg, 110 kg
- over 110 kg
Women's categories
- up to 50 kg, 55 kg, 60 kg, 65 kg
- 70 kg, 80 kg, 90 kg, over 90 kg
Divisions
Sub-Junior, Junior, Youth, Senior, Masters and Grand Masters.

- Entry: open until 1 June
- Weigh-in: the day before each session. No clothing allowance: if you compete at 70 kg, the scale must read 70.0 kg
