National ranking
The ranking is built from results at official tournaments on the calendar. Each athlete accumulates points per category, and because competition uses both hands, the same athlete can appear in two separate rankings: right hand and left hand.
Athlete profiles and their points are published in the athletes section as they register and compete.
Weight classes
We use World Armwrestling Federation classes. The weigh-in allows no clothing allowance: weight must register to zero. If you compete at 70 kg, the scale must read 70.0 kg or less.

Right hand and left hand
Worth repeating, because it changes how you train: every weight class and every age division awards separate medals for the right and the left hand. It is not a secondary category. An athlete who trains only their dominant hand is giving up half the podium.
